Most adults taller than 169cm-180cm will be able to wear either the medium or large size. It just depends whether you prefer to have something bigger or not. If you can't choose between the sizes, it's likely that you'll be fine in either, just choose whether you prefer it to be bigger and baggier or a bit more streamlined.

On really cold days you can even fit a 15cm hot water bottle in the pocket of the adult sizes.
