    Decent fit and clarity of vision

    I bought these as my ‘perfect’ goggles, the Aquasphere Eagle with prescription lenses are not currently available. They fit well and are easy to adjust. My vision out of the water is very good but underwater they are not great, giving a sort of effect similar to a thermocline which is a bit disorientating. Come home my Eagles 🦅

    Prescription Swimming Goggles
    Yesterday

    Hello Rosemary
    The Eagle goggle is sorely missed but hopefully will be back next year.
    Water has a different refractive index to air, so if the front surface of the lens is not flat, the effective power under the water will be slightly different than it is over.

    For most people this does not matter as the purpose of the goggles is to generally see better, find the right changing rooms and family or friends at the pool or beach. However, for those that need to see well under water, for spot turns etc., this can matter.

    Some swimming goggles have flat fronted lenses, some a slight or moderate curvature. This varies by brand and model.
    If you wish to double check we have listed the approximate base curve for each model (e.g. Flat lenses (base curve ≈0) or Curved lenses (base curve ≥4) in the ‘Product Information’ section.
    The Biofuse has curved lenses (base curve ≥4), the Eagle has flat lenses (base curve ≈0).

    First time purchase of prescription goggles

    These are a fantastic set of goggles, always clear and never fog up. They are also very comfortable and never leak. The price was very good and with quick delivery. I would definitely recommend these Speedo goggles from this supplier

    Rubbish fit

    The fixed bridge nose is far too wide and let's in water. A petite fitting would be helpful

    Hello Sam

    I am sorry to read that the Speedo Biofuse goggles were not a perfect fit for you.
    I can see that you have previously ordered the Coral, buying 3 pairs since May 2025.

    If you do decide to re-order a new goggle, try them on first at home as face, nose and eye socket shapes do vary between swimmers.
    We have written a short guide to help with fitting to prevent leaks by checking for lens suction against the eye sockets;

    https://www.prescription-swimming-goggles.co.uk/pages/fitting-guide

    I would suggest trying another goggle with an adjustable nosebridge or with interchangeable bridges (as in the Coral) as they include small, medium & large.
    We have filters on the webpage for this;

    Very comfortable

    These are the second pair of prescription goggles purchased when the first pair (another make) failed. Having got a Speedo non-prescription pair too, I knew that they would be comfortable.

    My only improvement would be to offer different prescriptions in each eye.
