    What a wonderful experience - I can iSea!

    Thank you Prescription Swimming Goggles! I had a last minute chance to go to the Maldives... Lucky me! I ordered on the 29th Dec in the evening but wasn't offered Special Delivery shipping. Called on the 30th and your colleague was so helpful in getting my order upgraded to Special Delivery. It arrived the next day!

    I've been snorkelling and did an introductory dive and with the prescription iSea mask I could see everything perfectly! Big thanks for helping get these shipped fast. 👍

    Great Customer Service

    This was the first prescription diving mask that I have bought. I wasn’t sure about the correct prescription so I emailed them my prescription and they quickly responded with their recommendation. The goggles turned up and appear to be very high quality for the price including the lenses but I thought there was a minor issue with the lenses. So customer services sent me a prepaid returns label for me to return them. Turns out there was nothing wrong but someone had the courtesy to call me and explain before sending the mask back to me. I have to say I am very happy with the customer service and the mask. Although I haven’t tried it in the sea yet I am sure it will be fine and enable me to see turtles and whale sharks on an upcoming trip.

    Mask leaked

    I loved the clarity of vision that the prescription googles gave, that was a game changer for me. Unfortunately though the googles leaked despite trying everything possible to improve the fit of the skirt.

    I am pleased that the vision was clear but despite adjusting the skirt, the I-sea mask was leaky.
    I appreciate this is very disappointing on a snorkelling holiday.
    I have emailed you as our optician would like to personally inspect the mask.
    I am very sorry for the inconvenience of returning it; we would like to resolve this for you for future trips.
