Each lens comes with a new eye seal and is universal so can be used in either the right or left eye.

    Well fitting

    I like these goggles as the strap to tighten them is at the back of the head, and the loose ends therefore don't slap you in the face like side tightening goggles. I have quite a small head so it was useful to get 4 different sized nose pieces, although I used the second smallest one. The seal was good and I didn't have to remove them for 100 lengths. No fogging up so far. Sleek eye pieces which was nicer looking than my previous chunkier goggles.
