This double-ended pencil has a coloured tip at one end and an ultra precise brush tip at the other. It is particularly suitable for sensitive eyes or skin.
It colours and redefines irregular or sparse eyebrows with a waterproof formula that gives very good hold in all weathers. Then the fine brush tip to groom the brows enables colour to be softly blended giving a natural finish.
It is available in 3 shades - light, medium or dark.
