Swimming goggles have a silicone layer on the inner surface to help prevent droplets forming and so fogging the lens. Overtime this can breakdown, so a bottle of anti-fog spray is a good investment.

I've been using Gator goggles for years; it took me a bit of trial and error to work out which of the Prescription Goggles range worked well for me, and I've been happy with them. However, I wanted some with blue tinted lenses, and Gator only do clear and grey, so I gave Aquasee a try - they were closest in dimensions to the Gator ones. I used them in the pool for the first time this morning, and they're brilliant. Completely comfortable and watertight, with no issues re getting them to fit. I almost forgot I was wearing them. And as always with Prescription Goggles they were delivered quickly and securely packaged.
One thing to be aware of is that the strap is relatively short. Not an issue for me, but I'm aware that I had the strap at full extension, whereas I normally have to shorten goggle straps. So people who need a bigger strap may struggle a bit - check out the info re strap length if you think it might be an issue.

Honestly very impresses with these. I am very short sighted and didn't hold out much hope on these as they were not expensive at all, but they were brilliant! I can now be in the pool with my children and have almost perfect vision!

I followed instructions to get correct prescription. Of -5 however my old prescription goggles with script of -4 which was just the first part of my script are clearer.
The fit isn't too bad but needs to be pretty tight to stop leaks.
Antifog works week up to now but time will tell

Thank you for leaving a review for your recent purchase of an Aquasee goggle in -5.00.
I have been in touch to ask if you could forward us a copy of your prescription. We are more than happy to re-check and advise whether indeed a -4.00 would improve your vision.
Regarding the fit, a small amount of suction when holding the lenses against the eye (without the headstrap on) usually indicates they will fit well and avoid leaks.
The headstrap shouldn’t be too tight but it’s there to hold the lenses in place.
We have a fitting video here that you can check the fit with;
https://www.prescription-swimming-goggles.co.uk/pages/fitting-guideThe anti-fog layer inside the lenses is so thin and delicate, it can degrade over time due to heat and chlorine. I always use an anti-fog spray with my goggles.
There’s a few tips here to reduce fogging;

I cannot see in the pool and typically wore my glasses so I looked into getting prescription goggles and was delighted to find them at this price. The script is not 100% correct but I chose to order up and pay less rather than go to my optician. Great buy for all I need them for. Highly recommend.
