With more petite eye seals and much narrower pupil distances, this alternative to the standard Gator goggle is perfect for people with slightly smaller heads or those requiring narrower optical centres.

Different prescription lenses are available in each eye, polycarbonate smoke or clear lenses with anti-scratch and anti-fog coatings, silicone eyeseals, double headstrap to prevent slipping and an adjustable nose bridge.

Size guide - suitable for those with smaller face shapes. Also available as the ‘standard’ Gator with larger eye pieces and wider optical centres.

    Great

    A change to my usual pair of goggles as my prescription had changed so I was a bit worried they wouldn't fit as well but they are great. No leaks and very comfortable.

    First prescription googles

    At 50 plus years of age these are my first prescription googles and I have loved using them! Wish I took the plunge to get them earlier. It's great to actually see the pool tiles and the clocks! Fit is Great, they don't let water in which my previous ones did. very happy.

    Why can't I find goggles that don't leak?

    These goggles leak on me, no matter how I adjust them. I think I've got small/deep eye sockets, though I'm a normal size with a big head. The only goggles I've found that don't leak are cheap Zoggs Athena, which aren't available with prescription lenses. I guess it's back to wearing those plus contact lenses

    I am sorry to read the Gator Small is leaky, let’s see if we can help at all.

    Have you tried adjusting the nose bridge?

    Here is our fitting guide and video to help, ideally before a first swim;

    https://www.prescription-swimming-goggles.co.uk/pages/fitting-guide

    I notice that the Zoggs Athena has a soft, moulded flexible frame.

    If you do decide to order again, the Zoggs Vision prescription goggle may be worth a try, it has clear lenses to -7.00.

    https://www.prescription-swimming-goggles.co.uk/products/zoggs-vision-swimming-goggles-including-prescription-lenses

    The View Swipe gets a high rating and consistently good reviews over many years. It offers -7.00 and -8.00 lenses with a lens tint.

    https://www.prescription-swimming-goggles.co.uk/products/view-v-580a-swipe-swimming-goggles-including-prescription-lenses

    There may be a bit of trial and error/compromise, I am hoping that we can help you find the perfect goggle.

    Contact lenses and a plano goggle can still be risky for eye health and sight loss from painful Acanthamoeba infections.
