What our customers are saying;
Sound
'I don't normally do reviews, but these seem just as good as Speedos, but with vision correction. Over the moon with these - I'd stopped swimming because it was either being semi-blind, or risking wearing contact lenses. Hitting the pool after all these years was just incredible. Life changing.'
Fantastic Diving Mask & Service!
'I recently emailed Prescription Swimming Goggles in a panic! My son (22) had been told he must have a prescription diving mask for his Scuba Diving Instructor Exam which was going to be in the coming weeks in Malaga. We live in Dublin and his optician had told us they could not help us in such a sort space of time.
Suzanne emailed me back immediately with some options and after looking at my son's prescription advised that some off-the-shelf lenses would do the job. We ordered them and they came very quickly, in time for the trip to Malaga.
My son reported back that the mask was 'brilliant' and that it was just like wearing his glasses. To top it all he got his exams and is now a qualified Scuba Diving Instructor!
Thank you Prescription Swimming Goggles for a fantastic service, we will no doubt be returning in the future.'
Impressive customer service
'I needed a dive mask for my upcoming honeymoon and also for a whale shark expedition next year, but I have a small face and need a specific prescription. The team were able to help me select the smallest mask and also select the right prescription as I wasn’t sure what numbers I needed to enter from my prescription. The lenses I needed were out of stock for a while and the team kept me up to date and also offered alternative products for if they didn’t come back into stock on time.
Delivery was also extremely fast, which was very helpful as my holiday was approaching. Thanks so much- I’ve recommended you to my friend who’s also going on the whale shark trip.'
I can see underwater!
'I've always felt I could see enough underwater with plain goggles - being long-sighted, and swimming in either pools or the murk of turbulent UK seas, there wasn't much for me to see clearly anyway!
Then my partner (very short-sighted) pointed out that he wasn't going to be able to see anything during the 5 days of snorkelling on my bucket list holiday to the Galapagos. We saw the local optician, who advised we could get prescription goggles (they don't do masks) and put an ordinary mask over the top. 2 weeks before we flew, partner finally tested out his new prescription goggles with a normal mask over the top..... the mask not only didn't fit over the top, but caused the seal on the goggles to fail, resulting in water filled goggles and mask.
I hurriedly did some online searching and ordered a mask online. It arrived, and worked perfectly in the bath tub. Over the next few days, my fear of missing out grew.... it was my bucket list holiday, why was I settling for being able to see well enough.... so I ordered myself a pair as well.
I loved every minute in the water that holiday, and being able to see clearly through the often crystal clear water was a joy. Sure, I might have been able to see well enough that a sea-lion just swam 20cm in-front of my face - but I don't know that I'd have seen his whiskers.... sure I'd have seen the turtle floating just above the rocks on the sea bed a metre below me - but I don't know I'd have been able to see they were chomping the seaweed growing on that rock.
My partner had some small issues with never having snorkelled before, and his moustache required copious amounts of a Vaseline-like substance (supplied by the boat crew!) to maintain the seal on the dive mask, but I am SO glad I bought these masks.'
As the reviews above show, our simple solutions offer choice and clarity of vision to swimmers and snorkellers.
