    improves strength while I swim

    if im short on time, these paddles really make me swim harder and get a good workout

    Really good, nice size

    These are really good. Nice size, and have a nice shape that just fits in the hand. Whilst not as speedy as a SwimRun paddle, feel these are really good for training.
