    I don’t use them for swimming I use for exercise before I start my lengths good risistends sorry about spelling I have dxlexia ok

    This is a great idea to warm up your arm, back and chest muscles in the pool before swimming.
    The resistance is excellent for upper body strength training alongside the cardio benefits of swimming.

    Really good, nice size

    These are really good. Nice size, and have a nice shape that just fits in the hand. Whilst not as speedy as a SwimRun paddle, feel these are really good for training.
