Spendive IV 9442 (Tusa M-40) Custom SV Details

Based on the standard Spendive IV 9442 (Tusa M-40) model, this is a four lens design diving mask for panoramic vision (only central lenses have a prescription). The all silicone nose piece filters out UV rays. Includes a plastic box.

The custom glazed version has prescription lenses bonded to the glass face plate. This means that the optical part does not necessarily cover the entire front lens but does allow for more complex prescriptions to be made.

Standard Power:	Prescriptions up to +6.00/-10.00 (maximum combined power) and an opposite cyl power 2.00 dioptres.
High Power:	Prescriptions up to +8.00/-16.00 (maximum combined power) and an opposite cyl power 4.00 dioptres.

When you place your order please enter the prescription required in the appropriate box (right then left) and your PD. If no PD is specified they will be made with an optical centration of 64mm.
